The service
Smart Zone Corp provides ordering websites, phone ordering, a till and kitchen tools to restaurants. The restaurant sells the food: its menu, prices, preparation, delivery and refunds are the restaurant’s, under that restaurant’s own terms shown on its website.
Order texts (SMS) terms
Program: order texts from the restaurant you ordered from, sent through Smart Zone. What you get: 1–2 texts per order (ready, or on its way) — no marketing. Opting in is optional and never required to order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details: web.smartzonecorp.com/sms.
Fair use
Don’t misuse the service: no false orders, no attempts to break in or overload it, no using it to send messages to people who did not agree to them.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by Stripe and paid to the restaurant’s own Stripe account. Smart Zone does not hold customers’ money.
Changes and liability
We may update the service and these terms; the date below shows the latest version. To the extent the law allows, Smart Zone is not liable for indirect losses, and food-related claims are the restaurant’s responsibility.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
