Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. No setup fee, no contract, and your first month is free. Cancel any time - your site keeps working until the end of the paid month.
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. Smart Zone never takes a commission from you. Customers who pay by card online may see a small service fee on their receipt.
What does “unlimited calls” mean?
Sera answers every call. The plan includes fair use of up to 2,000 phone minutes a month (about 650 calls) - most restaurants use far less. Above that, extra minutes are charged at a low rate shown on your plan.
Will my price go up?
Your price stays the same for 12 months from the day you join. If our prices change later, we tell you first.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Moving up or down starts from your next monthly bill.
How do I pay?
By card or bank account, once a month. You get an email receipt every time.
